Order statuses explained

Every order moves through a series of statuses so both buyer and seller know exactly where things stand.

The statuses

• Pending — the order was placed and payment is being confirmed.
• Paid — payment succeeded and the seller can begin fulfillment.
• Shipped — the seller has sent the item; tracking may be attached.
• Completed — the order was delivered and finalized.
• Refunded — the order was refunded in full or in part.
