Yes — creating an account is completely free. You can browse, shop, post in the community, and follow creators at no cost. Some features like a creator subscription or premium content are paid, and sellers pay a small platform fee on sales.

Listing products is free. When you make a sale, the platform keeps a 7.5% fee and the rest is paid out to your connected Stripe account. There are no monthly seller fees.

Payouts go to your connected Stripe account. Once you connect Stripe and complete onboarding, funds from your sales are transferred on Stripe's standard payout schedule, minus the platform fee.

Buyers can request a refund from their Purchases page. Depending on the item and timing, you may be asked for a reason and to return the item. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Yes. In the Creator Studio you can upload videos, podcasts, series, and courses, and set them free, for one-time purchase, rental, or behind a subscription.

Find your business in Listings and tap “Claim this business.” You'll verify ownership, then you can edit your hours, photos, menu, and respond to reviews.
