Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, your new rate will apply at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a contract or commitment?

No contracts! All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What are platform fees?

Platform fees are charged on sales made through the marketplace. This covers payment processing, hosting, and platform maintenance. Creator plans have a 10% fee, while Business plans have a reduced 5% fee.
Can I try before I buy?

The Community plan is completely free and gives you access to browse and participate. You can upgrade to Creator or Business anytime when you're ready to start selling or creating content.
